In the new year, we continue to present unusual applications of our panels. On the surface, the realisation shown in the photos looks ordinary, but as usual „the devil is in the detail”. We were given the task of levelling the local gradient of a municipal road in the Gostynin area to allow the safe passage of oversize transports with wind power plant elements. We supplied and installed Metrum slabs, also popularly known as bagermats, in two layers laid bi-directionally. The slabs were laid just before the test run and removed immediately after the delivery of the elements. Thanks to this procedure, we raised the road surface by 20cm over a distance of about 120mb and the deliveries were made on schedule.
